Main parts of the Roaster are as follows:

Roasting Drum:

  • MOC: M.S & S.S.
  • Roasting Cylinder is single walled and specially insulated.
  • Fixed with special warm type leaves for uniform roasting of Cocoa beans in the stream of hot air.
  • All the levers and fittings are chrome plated.
  • Provided with Temperature meter and sight glass fixed for close monitoring of the roasting process.
  • Power: 1Hp motor, 0.5Hp: Gear Motors: 2No’s.
  • Roasting drum is driven by a chain sprocket mechanism roasting duration of 25 to 30 minutes per batch.
  • Burner Assembly: L.P.G Gas burner with control valve gives uniform heating.
  • Cooling table: Blower is provided to exhaust the hot air and dust and fast cooling.
  • 5Kg batch capacity, 20minutes per batch.
  • 10 to 15Kg per Hour depends on quality of beans.
