Main parts of the Roaster are as follows:
Roasting Drum:
- MOC: M.S & S.S.
- Roasting Cylinder is single walled and specially insulated.
- Fixed with special warm type leaves for uniform roasting of Cocoa beans in the
stream of hot air.
- All the levers and fittings are chrome plated.
- Provided with Temperature meter and sight glass fixed for close monitoring of
the roasting process.
- Power: 1Hp motor, 0.5Hp: Gear Motors: 2No’s.
- Roasting drum is driven by a chain sprocket mechanism roasting duration of 25 to
30 minutes per batch.
- Burner Assembly: L.P.G Gas burner with control valve gives uniform
heating.
- Cooling table: Blower is provided to exhaust the hot air and dust and
fast cooling.
- 5Kg batch capacity, 20minutes per batch.
- 10 to 15Kg per Hour depends on quality of beans.
