CHOCOLATE STORAGE/ MELTING TANKS
VEC Chocolate melting tanks specifically designed to melt and Melt the chocolate in molten form. Storage tanks are standing, Cone bottom, twin shell and isolated cylindrical vessel with a agitator, in built heating and provision for water circulation system, ensures keeping a temperature of chocolate mass. Electric controller maintains a heating according to adjusted value which is set by operator. Electric geared motor drives agitator. The tank is closed by two covers. Tanks are fitted with ball or gate valve.
