The ball mill is a laboratory machine that is used for the grinding and homogenization of cocoa real Chocolate and similar masses.The stainless steel jacketed tank contains the grinding balls and a vertical positioned exchangeable grinding shaft. Standard a heating element with control to heat up the product is mounted. Also there is a possibilityto cool down the product by supplying cold water to the jacket. The grinding shaft is driven by a geared motor with speed adjustable and controlled by a frequency converter. The minimum fat content has to be 30% of the recipe and the maximum moisture content has to be below 2%.
