Mini Enrober designed to use home made chocolatiers at start-up level. It mainly melt the solid chocolate pieces in to liquid form. Disc wheel gives the chocolate flow from funnel. 200mm wide de-attachable enrobing system. Enrobing system consists of product feeding conveyor, chocolate curtain, shaking device, air-knife to wipe off excess chocolate from product, detailer, take off conveyor with paper roll attachment. Keep the chocolate enrobed product with paper in cooling table for freeze the chocolate. Once chocolate is harden take out from paper and wrapped in nice aluminium foils and packed in boxes. Its most suitable for home made chocolateirs. It will fit in residences and can be move a side, when it not in use.
