Specifications:
- 650mm band width.

- Food grade PU conveyor belt 1.6mm thickness.
- Cooling zone built with 3 cooling systems Emersion semi hermetically sealed type compressors each 3TR and well controlled by electric system and copper piping.
- Air Temperature Control will be by ON/OFF digital control of compressor.
- Cooling tunnel contact parts fabricated with SS 304 and body fabricated with Mild steel with duly powder coated.
- Cooling tunnel filled with good insulation to keep the good temp.
- All contact parts of the Food Grade PU belt will be SS, except those rollers which are rubber (food grade) lagged. The construction of the Tunnel will be user friendly towards maintenance by providing openable tunnels operated by a gas filled lifting cylinder on one side.
- The system will be provided with a scrapper knife at the run out, to prevent chocolate/cream entry along with a catch tray.
- The tracking of the PU belt will be automatic by means of a suitable pneumatic tracking system incorporating Pneumatic Cylinders, Solenoid Valves & FRL unit .
- All the cables used will be Flexible for power and control supply.
- Electrical Panel will be under the machine standing with good quality construction duly powder coated.
- Branded 2.2kw geared motor.
