VEC Chocolate Shell moulding Line comes with 600mm wide moulds, 3 depositors and 3 vertical cooling tunnels. It produces the Thin shell chocolate products with cream and nuts/ crispies filled in centre and sealed with chocolate. Its more suitable to produce Filled chocolate, multiple coloured chocolate products and KIT-KAT kind of products. Machine with user friendly complete GMP system covered with Poly carbonate doors, easy accessible for cleaning. Every depositor followed with mould pre-warmer, vibro station and cooling tunnel with inbuilt cooling system. and after final cooling, mould twister and demoulding station. Empty mould send to chocolate moulding and product sent to packaging. it is a contiuous process. Cooling Tunnels covered with puff filled pannels. Capacities up to 1000kg per hour.
